Summary

The Japanese Speaker – JP Corporate will be responsible for providing sales and customer service support to Japanese Customers, managing administrative tasks related to insurance policies, and handling inquiries regarding claims, coverage, and other policy-related matters.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative processes to issue (or renew) policies
Handle inquiries or requests on claim payments, insurance coverages and other policy related matters
Plan and organize corporate events for existing or potential customers
Produce marketing or benefit-explanatory materials and maintain them up-to-dated
Conduct benefit seminar for the employees
Support sales staff in their marketing efforts
