Responsibilities
– Cluster Manager will be mainly responsible for handling a Sales Managers (Sales Teams) and Sales representatives (Life Planning Officers).
– Create new teams and new physical branches.
– Recruit, and provide training to the Sales Managers, LPOs and support staffs.
– Strategy planning and executing for your cluster.
– Develop, Coach and Motivate the Managers to manage the team.
– Achieve assigned annual target of the channel by driving your cluster members effectively.
– Will be reporting to the Head.
Requirements
– Over 30 years old.
– Graduated.
– Strong Communication and presentation skills in English & Local Language.
– Minimum 3 Years Experience in Sales or Trainer.
