• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
• Comply with project plans and insurance industry standards, creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.

Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
• A recognized degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience managing software development life cycle.

5 years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET programming
• Ability to develop software in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns ( e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC) )
• Knowledge of C#, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, LINQ will be advantages.
• Knowledge of IIS Web server technologies
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, etc.)
• Familiarity with encryption, decryption method, as cryptography
• Understanding of Software methodologies, Proficiency in Software Engineer Tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MS SQL
