To provide administrative and analytical support to the Corporate Sales team by ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and efficient customer service assistance to drive overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track performance.
  • Handle incentive calculations for the sales team with accuracy.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data entry and updates.
  • Provide customer service support for client inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Extract and organize data for management reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
