Corporate Sales Administration Supervisor

To provide administrative and analytical support to the Corporate Sales team by ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and efficient customer service assistance to drive overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track performance.
Handle incentive calculations for the sales team with accuracy.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data entry and updates.
Provide customer service support for client inquiries and follow-ups.
Extract and organize data for management reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration or data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
