FAQs About Group Insurance

If there is an employee change during the insurance term, the list of the outgoing employee and the replacement employee will be submitted, and the relevant department will continue to carry out the necessary processes.

If the medical examination criteria are met and the medical check-up was done recently, the provided information will be accepted and processed accordingly.

If the injury and death are not related events, the benefits will be provided again according to the insured amount.

If an employee leaves during the insurance term and there is no replacement, the premium will not be refunded.
