On June 15th, the GGINL Joy Club Running Program was successfully held at Kandawgyi Park (General Aung San Park), bringing together enthusiastic GGI Nippon Life Members for a day filled with joyful smiles, vibrant energy, and lasting memories.
This running event is part of the GGINL Joy Club initiative, which includes Zumba, Yoga, and Running Programs—all aimed at promoting a healthy and happy lifestyle for GGI Nippon Life Members. At the heart of the Running Program is the inspiring motto:
“Run for Joy, Joy for Health.”
Promoting Wellness Through Movement
Through this well-organized program, participants not only enjoyed a fun and engaging physical activity, but also experienced the physical and mental health benefits that come with regular exercise. Guided by a professional coach, members were introduced to:
- Proper breathing techniques
- Effective warm-up routines
- Correct posture and running form
These foundational practices helped ensure a safe, enjoyable, and beneficial running experience for all.
