Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales through the development, recruitment, and management of Agency Sales Manager. This role will set agency Sales force in the respective branch and achieve the business targets, product mix, capabilities of team members, customer satisfaction and operating costs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of life insurance products, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the agency sales managers and implement all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the Assigned Area.
  • Set and achieve Assigned Area targets
  • Recruitment & training of Sales personnel.
  • Promote & manage the productivity of the field force.
  • Monitor and review function and take corrective actions
  • Competition tracking and analysis.
  • Accountable for overall profitability of the Assigned Area.
  • Ensure compliance of the Assigned Area on all audits and regulatory standards
  • Manage operating costs and supervise day to day operations
  • Supervise in upkeep of the Office Premises
  • Area Business – Target on Various Parameters and attrition management

Requirements

  • At least 7 – 8 years of experience of which 4 years preferably in Retail Sales or Head of Profit Centre.
  • 1-3 years experiences in life insurance industry.
  • Solid at Sales Management and recruitment Process.
  • Able to manage Sales Managers.
  • Conversational level in English.
  • Business Acumen and team Management Skills.
