Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for preparing and presenting the business data for review to management for making the right decisions.

Gather, cleanse, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to inform strategic business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized data solutions.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for management
Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) covering branch metrics, product trends, and customer renewal analytics.
Identify performance trends and propose data-driven recommendations for business optimization.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all analytics outputs.
Provide data support during audits and regulatory review, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
High level of precision and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and meet dynamic business needs.
