The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints. This role need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

● Identify Big retail business houses for B2B2C kind of Sales.
● Make the Partnership Plan for the Organization and approach the KDMs.
● Manage the existing relations for better output and production.
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
● Coordinate sales effort with other departments
● Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
● Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities, and potential for new products and services.
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
● Continuously improve through feedback
● Identify the Companies
● Approach them
● Follow the Sales Process
● Achieve the Business Target.

New Business
● Claims/Complaints/Ethics
● New Acquisition of Clients
● Renewals

Requirements

● 5-6 years of experience in B2B Sales. Preferably Financial Products is an advantage.
● Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
● Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
● Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
● Good at English.
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
