Summary

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales department by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize sales strategies within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support in developing a comprehensive Sales Channel Deck in collaboration with Sales Channel Head & CDO (Chief Distribution Officer).
  • Ensure smooth execution of the Sales Distribution Strategy by liaising with other departments.
  • Generate various Marketing Information System (MIS) reports for the Sales Channel based on efficiency metrics.
  • Monitor and update the Sales Channel Execution Plan, providing timely updates to management.
  • Maintain and update Sales PMS/Goal Sheet and KPIs.
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups on a periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Weekly Channel wise Scorecard
  • Reward & Recognition, Sales Contest related feedback and follow ups
  • Conduct thorough competition analysis to inform business decisions.
