Summary

The Sales Manager – Face to Face will be responsible for driving sales by building good relationship with Customer and setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support. This role will be managing and monitoring the assistant manager and life planning officer to achieve the target.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Manager – Face to Face will be responsible for handling a branch office and an on-roll team of 20-30 Life Planning Officers (LPOs).
  • Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning execution of LPOs.
  • Motivate and coach the LPOs to sell life insurance and protect customers.
  • Achieve assigned annual target of the team by driving LPOs effectively.
  • Will be reporting to the Head – F2F Channel.
  • Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution.

Requirements

< Must >

  • Over 30 years old.
  • Graduated.
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills in English & Local Language.
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in Sales or Trainer.

< Prefered >

  • Strong passion to achieve target and Long-term perspective.
  • Strong focus on processes and implementation and Training-oriented.
  • Strong inter-personal skills.
  • Strong in coaching, grooming and training.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Proven leadership skills
