Summary

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for increasing the overall performance of the sales team by giving sales trainees the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful. This Role will be identifying issues with training materials and implementing improvements as needed, the sales trainer is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of a company’s sales training program which in turn promotes overall sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all Induction/License Training programs.
  • Assess training needs by developing schedules.
  • Conduct surveys and assess the effectives of the training programs.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and HOD.
  • Utilize data and research to conceptualize training materials.
  • Communicate training requirements to content developers and contribute to development efforts.
  • Formulate training strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans.
