Responsibilities

• Prepare the bank documents for fund management and go to bank
• Collect documents and update passbooks at the bank regarding the Current, Savings
• A/C, Call Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Foreign Currency Account and Wallet of the company.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation
• Calculate and record monthly bank interest (Savings, Call Deposit)
• Prepare debit and credit vouchers for daily bank transactions (Fixed Deposit, Internal
• Fund Transfer, Bank charges, etc.)
• Submit fund transfer approvals to Finance & Accounts Division Head
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle cash in hand, including daily receipts & payments
• Prepare and reconcile Cash book and General Ledger
• Support accurate and timely day-end, month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain proper documentation & filing of financial records
• Must be perform and fulfill the duties assigned by the business requirements
• Any other duty as requested by the Supervisor and top management.
