Junior Accountant

Detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience in bank reconciliation, cash handling, fund management, and daily accounting operations. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting timely financial reporting.

Fund management

Prepare the bank documents for fund management and go to bank
Collect documents and update passbooks at the bank regarding the Current, Savings A/C, Call Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Foreign Currency Account and Wallet of the company.

Perform daily bank reconciliation

Calculate and record monthly bank interest (Savings, Call Deposit)

Prepare debit and credit vouchers for daily bank transactions (Fixed Deposit, Internal Fund Transfer, Bank charges, etc.)
Submit fund transfer approvals to Finance & Accounts Division Head

Accounting

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
Handle cash in hand, including daily receipts & payments
Prepare and reconcile Cash book and General Ledger
Support accurate and timely day-end, month-end and year-end close processes

Maintain proper documentation & filing of financial records

Must be perform and fulfill the duties assigned by the business requirements

Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)
LCCI Level III must be completed (ACCA or CPA in progress is highly preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting in a similar role
Able to use the accounting software
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet & Email
