Key responsibilities include analyzing competitor strategies, preparing regulatory approval documents, coordinating across departments for product launches, hosting product development committee meetings, and training new employees on product details.
Job Description
Product Development Department is planning new products to contribute to company’s sales growth. Practical process is as below.
・Analyzing competitors’ strategy and performance in product perspective
・Considering product strategy, planning outline/detail of new products
・Preparing submitting document and seeking approval of regulator
・Promoting the preparation for launch of new products by managing related departments’ progress
・Hosting the Product development committee (preparation of PPT, explanation, making minutes)
・Assist in ensuring that products comply with insurance regulations and industry standards
・Train new employees about knowledge of each product of the company
Job Requirement
Experience in insurance industry, or product development experience in financial institution (Preferably)
・Bachelor’s Degree
・Age: Preferably below 30 years of age
・Should Speak/Read/Write English fluently
・Strong analytical and research skills
・Good communication and teamwork abilities
・Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
・Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
