To ensure smooth and effective communication with our customers, our Disaster Response Team has established dedicated help lines that operate 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, for our life insurance policyholders, the Disaster Response Team is proactively reaching out via phone to assess needs and provide direct assistance at customers’ locations. We are also working to expedite the delivery of life insurance claim payments directly to affected customers as quickly as possible.
