Manager of Risk and Compliance should fully utilize his / her knowledge and experience to ensure that the firm is compliant with laws and government regulations, and reviews factors that could negatively affect.
Key Responsibilities
🔷 Manage the PDCA cycle for all Risk & Compliance matters.
🔷 Formulate, implement, and monitor adherence to compliance policies and local legal frameworks.
🔷 Ensure company-wide alignment with internal policies, legal regulations, and regulatory requirements.
🔷 Assist various departments with contract drafting, agreements, and legal perspectives.
🔷 Report critical compliance data to leadership and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
🔶 Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
🔶 3+ years in Risk & Compliance (Experience in a Financial Institution is highly preferred).
🔶 Deep understanding of Myanmar legal structures and financial regulations.
🔶 Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) | Proficient in MS Office Suite.
🔶 Advocate or Higher Grade Pleader (HGP) preferred.
🔶 Preferably between 30 to 40 years of age
🔶 Passionate about contributing to Myanmar’s citizens and future growth.

Key duties include driving sales targets alongside branch managers, handling customer queries and claim services, building strong relationships with bank partners, and actively participating in joint promotional campaigns.

The Product Development Associate will support company sales growth by researching, planning, and executing new insurance products. Key responsibilities include analyzing competitor strategies, preparing regulatory approval documents, coordinating across departments for product launches, hosting product development committee meetings, and training new employees on product details.

The F2F Sales Assistant Manager will support the Branch Manager in achieving target sales goals, building strong institutional relationships with local educational partners, and maximizing policy renewal persistency. Key duties include recruiting, training, coaching, and monitoring the daily execution plans of Life Planning Officers (LPOs). Candidates must be university graduates with at least three years of proven sales or training experience and strong bilingual communication skills in English and Myanmar. The ideal candidate is a target-driven, adaptable leader with exceptional interpersonal and coaching capabilities.
