The Operation Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth daily business and insurance operations through accurate data management, financial transaction processing, and delivering high-quality customer service.
🔷Job Description
• Accurately input customer data into the internal system.
• Process financial transactions such as first premiums, bill collections, and other payment-related tasks.
• Handle customer policy requests, including renewals, endorsements, surrenders, loans, and claims.
• Coordinate with panel hospitals to facilitate medical examinations for customers.
• Conduct offsite customer visits to explain company products and services.
• Prepare and submit daily income reports, monthly reports, and other administrative documents.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
🔷Job Specification
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in operations, administration, or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work at any assigned location.
• Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
