Compensation & Benefits Associate to support employee compensation, benefits administration, and HR operations. This role will help ensure accurate payroll-related processes, maintain employee records, support benefits programs, and provide HR support to employees.
• Support monthly payroll processes, including salary, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Prepare and manage Employment Contracts (EC) and ensure proper documentation for new and existing employees.
• Support employee registration processes, including SSB card application and related government documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, contracts, and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Prepare HR reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for HR-related services.
• Ensure HR documents comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• 2 or 3 years of HR experience.
• Basic knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
