The Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales department by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize sales strategies within the insurance sector.
• Support the development of Sales Channel Decks in collaboration with the Sales Channel Head and CDO (Chief Distribution Officer).
• Assist in implementing Sales Distribution Strategies by coordinating with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze Marketing Information System (MIS) reports based on sales efficiency metrics and channel performance.
• Monitor and update Sales Channel Execution Plans and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Maintain and update Sales PMS, Goal Sheets, KPIs, and performance tracking reports.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with sales teams and stakeholders on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Prepare weekly channel-wise scorecards and performance reports to track achievements and improvement areas.
• Support Reward & Recognition programs, Sales Contests, and related communications and follow-ups.
• Support sales meetings, performance reviews, and business planning activities with required reports and insights.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, records, and reporting processes.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance sales channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in KPI tracking, sales performance reporting, or channel management is preferred.
