Content Creator to develop engaging content across digital and offline channels. This role focuses on content writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, brand voice management, and creative collaboration to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and support marketing campaigns.
• Content Writing (Inbound Marketing): Research, outline, and craft high-quality blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers that position our brand as an industry authority. This includes developing engaging social media content and high-conversion mobile app notifications to drive user retention.
• Copywriting (Direct Response): Draft compelling, high-converting copy for paid social ads (Meta), sales pages, and website landing pages.
• Event Content Planning & Strategy: Collaboratively build the narrative arc and programming flow for virtual webinars, live panels, product launches, or company events. Ensure all event themes align with our core marketing goals.
• Scriptwriting (MC & Hosts): Draft compelling, natural-sounding scripts, opening remarks, transition notes, and closing calls-to-action (CTAs) for event MCs, hosts, and executive speakers.
• Brand Voice Ownership: Maintain, enforce, and evolve our brand voice guidelines across all digital channels, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Collaboration & Ideation: Partner with designers, growth marketers, and product teams to brainstorm creative campaign concepts and map out content strategy calendars.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content produced by internal teams or freelance contributors to ensure flawless grammar, style, and tone.
• POSM & Retail Copywriting: Brainstorm and execute catchy, punchy taglines and short-form copy for physical Point of Sale Materials (such as standees, shelf-talkers, posters, wobblers, and product packaging) that drive impulse purchases and in-store conversions.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional writing experience (agency or in-house). A strong portfolio showing both content and copy examples is required.
• Adaptable Voice: The unique ability to write conversational, punchy copy for social media, but switch to authoritative, structured writing for long-form resources.
• Tools: Proficiency with Google Docs/Workspace, Content Management Systems (like WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot)
• Visual & Spatial Awareness: Comfort collaborating with graphic and structural designers to ensure copy fits seamlessly onto physical retail displays and marketing collateral.
• Scriptwriting & Speech Nuance: An understanding of how to write conversational spoken copy that feels natural for an MC or presenter to deliver live.
• Short-Form Conceptualization: The ability to distill complex product benefits into a single, memorable, and persuasive tagline or hook.
