Digital Marketing Associate to support and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, websites, and mobile applications. This role focuses on campaign optimization, performance analysis, content collaboration, social media management, community engagement, and marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, lead generation, and user acquisition.
• Campaign Execution & Management: Build, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across key CHANNELS (Meta, LinkedIn, Website & Mobile Application.) to drive lead generation or user acquisition.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics. Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Content & Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design and copy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences.
• Event & Collaboration: Project manage our marketing events (webinars, live panels, product launches, or pop-ups) from ideation to post-event follow-up. Scout, pitch, and manage relationships with co-marketing partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand audience reach.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards for leadership, highlighting wins, learnings, and next steps.
• Social Media Management: Own the organic social media calendar across primary platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok). Craft engaging copy, manage the visual aesthetic, and ensure a cohesive, reliable brand voice.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in real time to foster a highly engaged online community.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
• Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and WordPress.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with numbers. You should be comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and using data to tell a story.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaign timelines at once without letting details slip through the cracks.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills for ad copywriting, email sequencing, and internal reporting.
