The F2F Sales Assistant Manager will support the Branch Manager in achieving target sales goals, building strong institutional relationships with local educational partners, and maximizing policy renewal persistency. Key duties include recruiting, training, coaching, and monitoring the daily execution plans of Life Planning Officers (LPOs). Candidates must be university graduates with at least three years of proven sales or training experience and strong bilingual communication skills in English and Myanmar. Job Description
● F2F Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting F2F Manager to achieve branch target of the branch.
● Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution.
● Maximize persistency and renewal collection of insurance policy
● Motivate and coach the LPOs.
● Monitor the day to day activity, planning execution of LPOs.
● Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs.

< Must Have >
Age: Over 25 years old.
Education: University Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales or as a Trainer.
Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in both English & Myanmar language.
