Sales Support will be supporting for administrative and customer-facing tasks that help the sales team function efficiently, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, updating CRM records, preparing sales materials, tracking data, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales cycles and high customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations,
proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and
current.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing data to identify
trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions,
and transactions.
Assist in the preparation of sales documentation and contracts.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure
seamless operations.
Provide administrative support for sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
At least 3 years proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel using VLOOKUP
and pivot tables and MS Word).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
Attention to details, strongly skilled in data entry and customer service including basic
math and reporting skills.
Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a
can-do attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
