The role involves building long-term relationships, driving collaboration
opportunities, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes through effective communication, negotiation, and performance tracking.

Partnership Strategy and Development
 Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
 Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
 Research market trends and potential partners to create strategic collaborations.

Relationship and Stakeholder Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
 Act as the main point of contact for all partnership-related communications.
 Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Negotiation and Agreement Management
 Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, and terms.
 Ensure all agreements align with company policies and objectives.
 Monitor contract performance and compliance.

Collaboration and Campaign Execution
 Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to execute joint initiatives.
 Support co-branded campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
 Ensure smooth implementation of partnership projects.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
 Track and evaluate partnership performance using KPIs and metrics.

 Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and ROI.
 Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Communication and Presentation
 Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches.
 Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.

Educational Background
 A high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a
related field.

Experience
 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in partnership development, business development,
marketing or related roles.
 Proven experience in managing partnerships, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Competencies
 Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
 Good command of written and spoken English for effective business communication.
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
 Good understanding of marketing, branding, and business development principles.
